Classroom Champions (the “Company”) and our affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners (together with Company, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respect the privacy of our student users (the “Students”), our users who are either parents of Students or who are the legal guardians of Students (the “Parents”), and our educator users (the “Educators”, and together with Students and Parents, the “Users”, “you”, or “your”) and are committed to protecting it by complying with this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”). This Policy describes:
- how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information;
- the types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide when you visit the website at cgychamps.ca (the “Website”); and
- our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

The Website is only available to Students with consent from their Parent. To provide consent for a Student to access the Website, their Parent must create an account with the Parent’s name and email address and agree to this Policy on behalf of the Student. In this Policy, “personal information” is defined as any information about an identifiable individual, which includes information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate an individual. This Policy applies to information we collect, use, or disclose about you:

- for Educators: name, email address, telephone number, Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect the Student’s computer to the Internet, username, grade level(s) taught, school name and address, Educator’s role, virtual points earned through participation in Website activities and any other identifier we may use to contact the Educators.
We provide an opportunity for any User to unsubscribe from our mailing list or opt-out of contact for marketing purposes on an ongoing basis by accessing the Website, using the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of our emails, or contacting us at [email protected].
- Non-personal information that does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity or directly relate to you as an identifiable individual, which statistical or aggregated data that does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal information. STUDENT USERS For Students under the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions, the Website is only available with consent from their Parent, which shall be provided by the Parent’s creation of an account for the Student. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from anyone under the age of majority without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
